In exercise of the powers under Section 6 of the Sri Pratap
Reforms Regulation 1918, l hereby direct that Military matters "shall be
laid before me by the Commander-in-Chief and the following matters with
the opinion of the Member-in-Charge of -the department concerned for my
final disposal; all others being laid before me in Council:
Matters bearing upon the relations between His Highness the Maharaja and
the British Government and Feudatory Chiefs within the State.
Matters relating to prerogatives, rights, powers, duties or privileges
of His Highness the Maharaja or his successors .
Matters relating to the management and control of the household of His
Highness the Maharaja or his successors.
Matters relating to the rights, privileges, easements, assignments and
gifts and allowances of the Ruling family of the J&K State.
Matters regulated by treaties or formal agreements now in force or which
may hereafter be entered into by His Highness the Maharaja with the British
Government and Feudatory Chiefs of the J&K State.
