My dear Sadar-i-Riyasat,
I am highly grateful to
you for the trust you have reposed in me by calling me
to offer you my aid and advice in the task of
constituting a new Cabinet.
In accepting your kind
invitation, I am solely guided by a sense of duty to
my country, and its people and I shall try to the best
of my ability to fulfill the responsibilities which
you propose to entrust to me.
I shall be available for
consolation at your convenience.
